Today, she has a great quick workout that you can do on Thanksgiving Day or any day!
The first thing that most people think of when it comes to Thanksgiving is amazing food! And then people will joke about the amount of calories and how they will definitely put on some pounds.
Well this year instead of letting all that yummy food get the best of you I say get in a workout before you indulge. How about a nice quick tabata workout first thing in the morning?!?!
I have put together this awesome tabata set for you to do before the big feast. I will definitely be up in the morning doing it too. Get any timer that you have available…I personally love my gymboss interval timer, which you can download on your iphone also.
- For a 20/10 set you will be doing an exercise for 20 seconds and then resting 10 seconds.
- You will go for a totally of 24 rounds or 12 minutes.
It’s going to definitely get you sweating and your muscles working!!
